 | | A Letter from Auberle Chief Operating Officer, Aimee Plowman Dear Auberle Community, As Chief Operating Officer, I am deeply proud of what we accomplished together this year. Our newly released 2025 Annual Report highlights extraordinary impact: we served thousands of individuals and families while delivering transformative outcomes across Foster Care, Housing, Workforce Development, Young Adult Services, and Behavioral Health. |
|
|
| For example, the 412 Youth Zone served 1,089 young people, up from 953 the previous year, and Outpatient Behavioral Health served 428 unique individuals from the community and expanded to serve participants in our Family Emergency Shelters. These are not just statistics. These are moments of transformation that lead to lifechanging growth. At our Annual Meeting on November 5th, we celebrated the people behind these successes. We were honored to rename our Foster Family of the Year Award as the Bishop David A. Zubik Foster Family of the Year Award, acknowledging his unwavering commitment to our work. Bishop Zubik was also recognized as our Community Partner of the Year. We highlighted our high-performing teams whose excellence drives our outcomes and strengthens our community. Congratulations to Auberle's 2025 High-Performing Teams: 412 Youth Zone, Foster Care/SWAN, Housing, Maintenance, SNAP®, and Ward Home Female SIL. These teams have gone above and beyond this past year reaching and exceeding their goals. As a supporter, you can champion our mission this Holiday Season by reading our Annual Report, sharing our featured impact story (below), and checking out Pittsburgh's first Light the World Giving Machine, benefiting Auberle and several other local organizations. Together, we can continue our impact into 2026. With gratitude, Aimee Plowman, COO, Auberle |
